Species Diversity Lab
1. The most diverse parking lot was the teacher parking lot. The prediction in question #1 was supported by my observations during the lab because it is more likely that adults can afford more expensive automobiles and therefore can afford a variety for automobiles.
2. The teacher parking lot was abundant in Ford models, while in the student parking lot Honda models were most abundant. Hondas are safer than Fords and since teenagers are infamous for reckless driving, it makes sense that parents or students would want a safe car for the young adult. Fords are usually cheaper than Hondas, so teachers that are not paid the best would want a cheap car.

Population Pyramids
The population for Turlock is stable. There are some more young adults because of students moving to CSU Stanislaus and then they leave after graduating or dropping out.
Orlando's population is expanding slowly then expands quickly after 30 or more years. Many young adults stay in Orlando because of the hot weather but leave once they get older, leaving the residential older population to be the most common.
The population for San Jose is stable but increases slowly as it is expensive to live in San Jose and people want to retire out of the city or cannot afford to live in San Jose.
Vancouver's population is expanding rapidly as the young population moves to Vancouver for the technological influences that can provide job opportunities.
Boston's population is mostly stable with an increase in the young adult population, probably because of the population of young adults going to college or looking for jobs in the area.
Chicago's population is fairly stable. There are more adults in Chicago because of colleges and economic opportunities for young and established adults.
The population for Central Point mostly stable but has a dip in people aged 20 to 24 probably because young adults attend colleges outside of Central Point , maybe Portland.
